Viewing Equity Data

The Equity menu provides reports that help you analyse the equity segment. The reports are online and also refresh based (refreshed at regular intervals). You can export the output displayed in reports directly into MarketWatch (real-time environment).

To view Equity Data

  1. Click EQ.
    A list of equity reports is displayed.

    The report is displayed in your workspace.

Available Equity reports

Type of Reports

Description

Top Gainers

Stocks whose prices have risen the most during the day.

Top Losers

Stocks whose prices have fallen the most during the day.

Volume Toppers

Stocks that have been traded the most during the day.

Turnover Toppers

Stocks that have the highest traded value in rupees, including both sales and purchases, during the day.

Low Price High Volume

Stocks that have low prices but are highly traded.

Unusual Volume Stocks

Stocks that have shown a sudden increase or decrease in volume.

Advance Declines

Number of stocks whose prices have increased compared to those whose prices have decreased.

The feature is available on an online as well as refresh basis

Market Turnover

Turnover across exchanges and indexes including:

  • number of trades

  • total volume and value

Only Buyers-Sellers

Stocks that have only buyers or only sellers.

Sector Gainers

Sectors that have gained the most in terms of market capitalization within an individual exchange.

Sector Losers

Sectors that have lost the most in terms of market capitalization within an individual exchange

Index Drivers

Stocks that have contributed the most to the rise or fall in the benchmark index

New Listings

Stocks that have listed on the exchanges in the last 6 months

ADR Prices

Prices of American Depository Receipts (Indian companies listed on US Exchanges)

Bar Reversals

Sorts companies based on the following bar reversal indicators:

  • Bearish

  • Bullish

  • Strong Bearish

  • Strong Bullish

Stock Trends

Lists companies based on the following stocks trends:

  • At 52 week high

  • At 52 week low

  • Near to 52 week high

  • Near to 52 week low

  • Open at High

  • Open at Low

  • Open Gap Up

  • Open Gap Down

  • At Upper Circuit

  • At Lower Circuit

  • Near to Upper Circuit

  • Near to Lower Circuit

Screener

Stock Screener is a tool that enables user to filter and generate a list of stocks based on certain pre-defined criteria. The output can also be generated based on respective parameters input by the user.

Intraday Bulk Deals

List of intraday bulk deals across exchanges specifying the:

  • Deal Quantity

  • Deal Value

  • Average Price

  • Additional Details

Delivery Positions

The delivery positions report provides the statistics indicating the quantity of shares to be taken on delivery compared to the total number of shares traded in particular scrip listed on the BSE and NSE.

The report is available based on the following frequencies

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

Research Report

Equity research reports filed by reputed brokerage houses are available

Market Statistics

Displays exchange-wise statistics including:

  • list of stocks

  • price information such as open, low, high, close, last traded price, and previous close for each stock

  • number of trades, total quantity traded, and the turnover in lakhs for each stock

  • daily market statistics for the equity segment

You can filter the data by individual indices.
